Wish I could take credit for this one but I can’t. My super cool hubs sent me an awesome article about tips for healthy eating that is 100% on the money. The most important piece of information I took from this article is to eat clean and fresh items. If a food label has more than 10 ingredients, walk away…. whatever that food item may be is just not good for you and probably has a bunch of fillers. Try to go for organic as much as possible and overall homemade is best.
