I love dessert! It’s a struggle because my sweet tooth is well, ginormous. One of my go to sweet treats is similar to a frosty but a lot healthier.
2 to 3 teaspoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
6 to 8 ounces of almond milk
2 teaspoons of PB2 Powder
1/2 a banana (optional)
1 scoop of vanilla Shakeology
Ice, Ice, Baby!
