After overindulging yesterday I woke up today thinking “yuck, now I know why I stick to eating a healthy diet.”I honestly felt like I had a food hangover. Nothing feels better than eating clean.
With most healthy eating plans the rule of thumb is to eat colorful and fresh foods, hence taste the rainbow. A friend recently shared a recipe with me that is to die for. Thought I should pay it forward because it’s that good.
