I started my fitness journey over 8 years ago. Each year I’ve increased my fitness level and have thrown extra challenges into the mix. I started by barely finishing a 5k in 2006 and have since done countless 5k races and 5 half marathons. A year ago, I added weight training and drinking Shakeology into my routine and have seen great change. I’m currently planning my next half and looking forward to growing stronger as I approach the big 40.
