Variety is so important when it comes to life. It becomes boring to eat the same foods and do the same activities day in and day out. There are certain things that become routine and we want them to stay that way. For me that’s my evening zumba class, it’s not something that I skip easily. Honestly, it might take a natural disaster to cause me to skip that one.
However, I do often get bored with workouts and am always looking for a little spice in my exercise life. Pinterest is a great resource to use not just for recipes but for exercise or even a little motivation.
YouTube is also fantastic. Aside from the millions of tutorials that are available you can also find great workout routines. A bit ago I posted a workout to the song Dark Horse. If you look up willmillion on YouTube you’ll find more short exercise routines to popular songs.
Need more people interaction to keep you moving and off of the boredom train? Well then take a new class at the gym. Do something with a friend or join a diet/exercise group.
