Most people find it difficult to exercise alone. Working out with a friend is a good way to find motivation and keep yourself accountable. I take classes, workout with friends, groups, and make it a point to surround myself by people who push me to try harder.

#3 Who doesn’t want to workout with the girl who has perfect everything? I say watch and learn. Find someone stronger and fitter than you and do what they do.
#5 It’s a lot more fun! The countless giggles and stories that you share when you exercise with a buddy are priceless. It’s an education in life for sure. 😊
